I-Works Web Portal
We have created a web and application portal that is unique to City Temporary Works. The I-Works system has been designed to simplify and speed up the process for the temporary works co-ordinators and supervisors on site. Computers, tablets and mobile phones can be used quickly and with unmatched convenience to establish design briefs within minutes. All the designs are saved and organised in a web-based cloud, giving supervisors, engineers and other construction professionals the ability to access the drawings live while they are on site. They can also complete the necessary permits for loading and unloading and manage a scaffolding checklist, resulting in effective improvements in cost, efficiency and compliance.

Trainings
City Temporary Works provides a range of different training in temporary works. Our expertise helps to equip our clients with the necessary skills to plan and execute a successful project by applying procedures in line with the approved codes of practice and the British standard BS5975:2019.
We offer training workshops to CITB standards as well as bespoke courses tailor-made for an individual company’s procedures. For flexibility and convenience, we can carry out our training at our client’s work premises, whether on site or an office, or at a different venue of our client’s choice.

Site inspections & support
At City Temporary Works, we have our own professional temporary works co-ordinators who can support our client’s site by ensuring their compliance with BS5975:2019. They will also visit the site and ensure it is operating in line with the temporary works forum recommendation by providing the following services:
- Inspection and report of the existing temporary works, such as hoarding inspection and tower crane base inspection, or any other type of temporary works.
- Site inspections (temporary works).
- Designs.
- Design briefs.
- Temporary works register.
- Appointments of the TWC and TWS on site.

Each site will receive individually tailored attention and advice in line with their specific requirements.
